Women's Cross Country Finishes Sixth At MASCAC Championships
King leads the way for the Green and Gold with a 32nd place time of 23:14.07
Leominster, MA. – The Fitchburg State University women's cross country team placed sixth overall with a total of 167 points at the 2024 MASCAC Championships this morning at the Doyle Conservation Center.

How It Happened
Freshman Amanda King (Townsend, MA) paced the Falcons, placing 32nd overall with a time of 23:14.07 over the 5K layout, while sophomore Alexis Toste (Dracut, MA) was next for the Green and Gold, crossing the line with a 42nd place time of 24:41.71.
Junior Trishannah Scott (Leominster, MA) followed in 50th place with a time of 26:50.60, while freshman Arieyana Robinson (Worcester, MA) entered the chute in 51st place with a time of 28:27.74. Sophomore Taylor Crout (Boise, ID) rounded out the top finishers for the Green and Gold with a 52nd place time of 28:29.86.

- Naomi Cass of Bridgewater State won the 2024 MASCAC Championships with a time 18:31.89
- Westfield State won the 2024 MASCAC Championship Meet with a total of 20 points.
