Women’s Soccer Takes Down Mass Maritime

- Records: Fitchburg (3-12-3, 2-4-2 MASCAC), MMA (2-13-2, 0-6-2 MASCAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  The Falcons got on the board just six minutes in. Delia Fitzgerald (Foxboro, MA) netted one of her two goals of the game. The final goal in the first half came in the 23rd minute on another Adrianna Westcott (Sayreville, NJ) goal, making it a 2-0 game at the break.

- The Second half saw two more Falcons goals. The first came via Noelle Kennedy (West Roxbury, MA) in the 52nd minute. Fitzgerald added her second goal just a minute later to give the Falcons a 4-0 lead. The Bucs ended the shutout in the 70th minute with their lone goal from Morgan Mendonca.

- Mia Herron (Mendon, MA) got the win (1-7-1) after making one save. Brady Deschamps suffered the loss (1-11-2) after making 10 saves and allowing four goals.
