The challenges and opportunities in modern Russia were discussed at Fitchburg State University’s 2015 International Studies Keynote Address by U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Peter Zwack (retired), formerly the U.S. defense attaché in the U.S. embassy in Moscow from 2012 to 2014. The event was co-sponsored by the Department of Economics, History and Political Science, the Office of Academic Affairs, the International Studies Minor Program, the Center for Conflict Studies, the Career Services Office, the Office of International Education and the Political Science Club.
