Join the Fitchburg Disability Commission for a free sensory friendly movie matinee of How to Train Your Dragon on July 26 at 2 p.m. at Weston Auditorium here at Fitchburg State. You're encouraged to RSVP to disability@fitchburgstate.gov. 

Join us for our free summer series of events on campus Thursdays in July. On July 31 we'll have bingo and trivia on the quad at 5:30 p.m. Bring a blanket and a folding chair and have a relaxing night under the stars on the quad*. All events are free and open to the public. Refreshments will be available for purchase, provided by Chartwells.

Come join the Admission Team for college readiness workshops, campus tours, some fun in the sun, and a BBQ lunch on Friday August 1 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. This event is designed to not only allow students to learn more about Fitchburg State, but prepare you for your college search process.

Our orientation programs are designed to prepare our incoming Falcons to get off to a great start in their time at Fitchburg State. These activities will familiarize you with what to expect from your on-campus experiences, from the classroom to the campus center, whether you're living in one of our residence halls or commuting. You will also learn about the array of support services we have created to help you achieve all of your goals at the university. 

Are you a first-year student? Do you want to see your room prior to your arrival in the fall? Come to this event, where visitors may see the size and layout of their rooms, visit common areas, meet future classmates, and more.

Wachusett Mountain Festivals are back! Kick off the season with our favorite food trucks, twenty of the best mobile kitchens in New England serving everything from empanadas to artisan grilled cheese. Enjoy live music, contests, local crafters, a huge selection of beer and plenty of food to keep you full and happy all day long.
