Women's Cross Country Places 14th At James Earley Invitational

Westfield, MA. – The Fitchburg State University women's cross country team placed 14th overall with a total of 440 points at the 2024 James Earley Memorial Invitational, hosted by Westfield State at Stanley Park this morning.

How It Happened
Freshman Amanda King (Townsend, MA) paced the Falcons, placing 105th overall with a time of 23:01.98 over the 5000M layout, while sophomore Gwendolyn Connors (Ayer, MA) was next for the Green and Gold, crossing the line at 23:32.23.
Sophomore Alexis Toste (Dracut, MA) followed with a time of 24:48.96, while junior Trishannah Scott (Leominster, MA) entered the chute at 25:19.96. Junior Julia Arena (Shrewsbury, MA) and freshman Arieyana Robinson (Worcester, MA) rounded out the top finishers for the Green and Gold with a times of 25:55.39 and 28:09.49 respectively.
