Monette Named To D3Football.Com All-Region First Team
Winchendon, MA native collects second straight All-Region accolade
Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State senior defensive linemen Cameron Monette (Winchendon, MA) was recently selected to the D3Football.Com All-Region First Team as announced by D3Football.com.
Monette earned his second straight D3Football All-Region First Team selection after posting a team-leading 70 tackles on 33 solo stops and 37 assisted tackles as well as 6.5 sacks, 13.5 tackles for loss, two fumble recoveries and one blocked kick. In addition, Cameron was also named 2024 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Football Defensive Player of the Year as well as named to 2024 MASCAC All-Conference First Team.
