Monette Named Men’s Indoor Track Rookie of the Week
Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State freshman Cameron Monette (Winchendon, Mass.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men’s Indoor Track Rookie Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State freshman Cameron Monette (Winchendon, Mass.) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Indoor Track Rookie Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.
The first-year Falcon placed fourth overall in the weight throw with a PR toss of 14.11 meters, while adding a fifth place effort of 11.02 meters in the shotput for the Green and Gold at the 2023 Lynn Ruddy Invitational on Saturday.
The Fitchburg State Men's Indoor Track and Field team returns to action this weekend as select members compete in the 2023 DIII New England Championships at the New Balance Track.
