Worcester State doubled the lead four minutes later when Guidi received a feed from graduate student Manny Ramirez (Waltham, MA) and deposited a shot into the left side of the net for his second score of the contest to make the score 2-0.
The visitors added an insurance goal with just under three minutes remaining in the contest when senior Mal Hawkins (View Park, CA) crossed a pass to junior Brady Iovanni (Lunenburg, MA), who headed a shot inside the far post for his first tally of the 2024 campaign, resulting in the 3-0 final.
