Men’s Soccer Falls to Keene State

THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:

- The Falcons opened the scoring in the 12th minute with an unassisted goal by Rick Da Moura (Boston, MA). The Owls responded eight minutes later when Jack Corby tied the game. Cristian Correa then put Keene ahead 2-1 seven minutes later with his fourth goal of the season.

- The Owls extended their lead early in the second half, with a goal in the 59th minute. Correa increased his goal tally with his second, putting the hosting team up 3-1. That score stood until the final minute when both teams swapped goals. First, Keene's Claudio Pizzicarola scored his first of the season, followed by Justin Job's (Worcester, MA) second goal of the season just two seconds before the final whistle, making the final score 4-2.

- Carson Flake led the keepers for Keene with four saves and one goal allowed. Malcolm Edwards (Salem, MA) finished in net for the Falcons with four saves and four goals allowed.
