Men's Cross Country Races At 2024 Keene State Invite

Keene, NH – The Fitchburg State University men's cross country team placed 13th overall with a total of 332 points at the 2024 Keene State Invitational this afternoon at the Owls Athletic Conference.

How It Happened
Senior Taban Manyok (Lynn, MA) led the Falcons, placing 24th overall with a time of 26:25.40 over the 8K course, while junior Michael Burns (Worcester, MA) followed in 29th place with a time of 26:34.40.
Freshman Samuel Edwards (Townsend, MA) entered the chute in 94th place at 28:07.50, while sophomore Joshua Lancaster (Holden, MA) was next for the Green and Gold with a time of 28:39.80.
Rounding out the seven finishers for Fitchburg State freshman Brendan Guenard (Andover, MA), sophomore Matthew Gill (Ayer, MA) and graduate student Andrew Bedard (Rutland, MA) with times of 29:43.10, 31:02.50 and 31:14.10 respectively.
