Lynn, Mass. native nets second weekly honor on the year

Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State senior Taban Manyok (Lynn, MA) was recently named Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week as announced by the conference office on Wednesday.

The fourth-year Falcon picked up his second weekly accolade of the 2024 campaign after placing sixth overall with a time of 26:23.98 for the Green and Gold over the 8000 meter course at the 2024 James Earley Invitation to help guide Fitchburg State to a sixth place finish on Saturday.

The Fitchburg State Men's Cross Country team returns to action on Saturday as they compete at the 2024 Connecticut College Invitational, starting at 10:00AM.
