Theofanis Booras Named Head Men's Soccer Coach
FITCHBURG, MA: Coach Booras begins his tenure at Fitchburg State at the start of the 2025 season, taking over a team that had reached the conference semifinals the previous year with an overall record of 9-8-3.
FITCHBURG, MA: Coach Booras began his tenure at Fitchburg State at the start of the 2025 season, taking over a team that had reached the conference semifinals the previous year with an overall record of 9-8-3.
Coach Booras brings a variety of certifications and diplomas from over a decade of involvement in soccer. Most recently, he has served as the Technical Director for Abbey Villa Soccer Club and is the Regional Director for the Intercontinental Football Academy (IFA) in the Greater Lowell Region.
Through his experience, Coach Booras has gained:
- USSF B license
- UEFA B license through the German Football Federation
- UEFA C license from both the German & Scottish Football Associations
- Master's in High-Performance Football certificate | MBP
- Master Coach & Soccer Leader diploma | United Soccer Coaches & University of Delaware
