Bourassa Places Ninth At The 2025 NCAA DIII National Championships
Bourassa earns third All-American honor in the javelin
Geneva, OH. – Fitchburg State junior Liam Bourassa (Shirley, MA) placed ninth overall in the javelin with a toss of 62.59 meters at the 2025 NCAA DIII Outdoor Track and Field National Championships this evening.
With that throw, Liam earned second team All-American honors in the javelin. Bourassa entered the 2025 NCAA DIII National Championships ranked first in the nation in the javelin after recording a meet and facility record throw of 68.99 meters at the 2025 DIII New England Championships, hosted by the Coast Guard Academy earlier this month.
