For me it is about staying healthy, learning, and living life. Running is the foundation of every sport. Sometimes you just have to find a passion for running.

Why did you choose Fitchburg State University? I chose Fitchburg State because I had an amazing connection  with my coaches. They came to my meets and called me to check up on me which meant a lot to me. The library was also a huge attraction for me, and the fact that the school had my major was a plus. When I did an overnight and got a great tour from my coach I knew this was the place for me.

What hobbies do you have outside of your sport? I am a huge basketball player. I love playing basketball, exercising, hanging out with friends, and working.

Are there any community service activities you've enjoyed being involved in? Not on campus, but back home I sometimes help out at a place called My Brother's Table which is a non-profit organization that helps feed the poor everyday solely off of donations.
