Women's Basketball Blows Past Lyons
FITCHBURG, MA: Fitchburg State women's basketball took down the Lyons of Mount Holyoke in non-conference play this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- After a competitive first quarter, where the Falcons held just a three-point lead of 17-14, Fitchburg would go on to outscore the Lyons 30-13 in the following two quarters. The fourth saw Mount Holyoke finally get the better of the Falcons, outscoring them 21-16 to reach the final.
- Rylie Harlow (Hanson, MA) had a game-high 18 points and tied with teammate Stephanie Hart (Shirley, MA) for a team-high in rebounds with 11. Going 18 and 11 gave Harlow her first double-double of the season. Hart had nine points to go with 11 rebounds. Kaelynn Tanner (Lowell, MA) had a solid performance, contributing 15 points.
- Mount Holyoke was topped by Helena Robinson, who finished with 14 points and four rebounds. Sofia Francisco had a game-high 17 rebounds, along with six points.
