Women's Basketball Falls to Cougars
WORCESTER, MA: Fitchburg State women's basketball fell to the Cougars of Clark University this evening in non-conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Cougars quickly gained control of this contest with a potent offense, with four of its five starters hitting double-digit points. Their defense also pressured the Falcons into 33 turnovers, keeping them to a shooting percentage of 16.4% from the floor. Cyriah Coleman and Kailey Rios led the way for Clark, with each getting 15 points. Coleman also added four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Alaina Schatzabel added 13 points of her own while topping her team with nine rebounds.
- The Falcons offense struggled to get anything going, finishing the first half with 21 points and the second half with eight points. Rylie Harlow (Hanson, MA) led the team with six points, two assists, and two steals. Stephanie Hart (Shirley, MA) continued her effort on the boards. She pulled down a game-high 16 rebounds, along with five points.
