Falcons Post 113 Student-Athletes to Winter-Spring MASCAC All-Academic
FITCHBURG, MA: The Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) announced its winter-spring semester All-Academic honorees. Fitchburg State accounted for 11% (113) of the conference's 1,062 student-athletes named.
Student-athletes who participate in a varsity sport offered by each MASCAC institution during the Winter and Spring 2025 athletic seasons and have achieved a 3.20 cumulative or semester-based GPA are eligible for selection to the Winter/Spring All-Academic.
Leading the Falcons was the Ice Hockey Team, which had 22 eligible student-athletes. They were closely followed by baseball and women's lacrosse. Baseball had 21 student-athletes, with lacrosse boasting 18.
