Trio Of Falcons Collect MASCAC All-Conference Honors
Hippert, Senecal & Pallotta pick up All-Conference nods; Booth named MASCAC Coach of the Year
FITCHBURG, Mass. – The Fitchburg State women's soccer team saw three members earn MASCAC All-Conference honors this afternoon as the 2022 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Conference Teams were announced by the league office on Tuesday.
Junior Maddie Hippert (Worcester, Mass.) and sophomore Taylor Senecal (Rutland, Mass.) were named to the 2022 MASCAC Women's Soccer All-Conference First-Team, while senior Patricia Pallotta (Sterling, Mass.) earned All-Conference Second Team honors.
Fitchburg State head coach Jeb Booth was named the 2022 MASCAC BSN Women's Soccer Coach of the Year as voted upon by the league's eight head coaches.
Hippert collects her first All-Conference nod after totaling 13 points on five goals scored and three assists, while Senecal also picks up her first All-Conference selection, anchoring a Falcon defense that limited opponents to just over two goals per contest.
Pallotta nets her first post-season accolade after ranking fourth on the team with 14 points on five markers and four helpers, including her first collegiate tally in a 2-1 triumph over Nichols College on September 13th, while Booth was tabbed the 2022 MASCAC BSN Women's Soccer Coach of the Year after guiding the Falcons to a 10-7-3 overall record and a 5-1-1 mark in conference play while leading the Green and Gold to the third seed in the 2022 MASCAC Women's Soccer Post-Season Tournament and the programs first-ever appearance in the MASCAC Women's Soccer Championship Game.
