Women's Volleyball Drops Straight Decision To Rams
Dyer registers team-best 12 kills for Green and Gold
Fitchburg, MA: The Fitchburg State Women's Volleyball team dropped a 3-0, straight set decision to the Rams of Framingham State this evening in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) action from the Parkinson Gymnasium.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Fitchburg State's offense was paced by senior Sariah Dyer (Raynham, MA) with a team-best 12 seven kills as well as one assist and three digs, while freshman setter Hannah Keohane (Wakefield, MA) and sophomore Mia Vestal (Wilmington, MA) 13 assists each. Defensively, senior outside hitter Samantha Mirra (Burlington, MA) finished with a match-best 22 digs and six kills.
- For the Rams, sophomore Natalie Reynolds (Beverly, MA) finished with a match best 17 kills, one assist, six digs, one solo block and one blocking assist, while junior setter Stella Bailey (Wrentham, MA) chipped in with a match-leading 36 assists and 15 digs. On the defensive end, sophomore libero Anneli DiVirgilio (Brookline, NH) registered a team-leading 18 digs, four assists and two service aces.
