Join students in the HON 2100 Honors Seminar in Literature to learn about Afro/Africanfuturism and Afro/Africanjujism! Find your next favorite book! Join us for the whole workshop, or drop in for as long as you would like. All participants will have access to a website with video introductions on a variety of topics, a collection of zines, and bibliographies for further information. 

Our graduate commencement will be held on Thursday, May 15 at 4 p.m. in the Athletics and Recreation Center. Graduates of the Class of 2025 must arrive no later than 3 p.m. 

Fitchburg State University will hold its undergraduate commencement ceremony on the main quadrangle at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 17. The processional will begin promptly at 9:50 a.m. Please arrive no later than 9 a.m.

Our final meeting of the Transfer Student Success series of Research Roundtable, in which we will discuss the effect of math course repetition on transfer student success, will be on Wed. 5/21 at 9 a.m. - save the date! 

Our Summer Orientation programs are designed to prepare our incoming Falcons to get off to a great start in their time at Fitchburg State. These activities will familiarize you with what to expect from your on-campus experiences, from the classroom to the campus center, whether you're living in one of our residence halls or commuting.
