State of the Black Union with Karl Bell

Karl Bell, director of TRIO SSS at Boston College, presents this State of the Black Union as part of Fitchburg State University's celebration of Black History Month 2021. The address provides a historical, present and future outlook on the position of Black people within America. The understanding of Black has not only a cultural reference of African Americans but all that may fall within the diaspora and societal norm identification.
