Constitution Day Panel Discussion - COVID-19: The Constitution and Beyond

For Fitchburg State University's 2021 observance of Constitution Day, we hosted a panel discussion on the constitutional and ethical implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. Moderated by Professor Paul Weizer, the panel included Professor David Svolba and Professor Zachary Miner, as well as students Miranda Gustin and Benjamin Hill, who are co-captains of the university's Moot Court team. The thought-provoking discussion was presented by the university's General Education Program.
