(2:35:50) Fitchburg State University held its 127th commencement exercises, winter ceremony, on Friday, Dec. 22, 2023. The undergraduate valedictorian address was given by Dylan J. Dandy and the Graduate Student Leadership Award was presented to Maryanne Fiorino. The Robert V. and Jeanne S. Antonucci Student Leadership Award was presented to Christopher Shaddock. President Lapidus offered the commencement address, in which he highlighted members of the graduating class who embodied the university's motto of "perseverantia" (perseverance). Video by FATV.
